1. Services
Provided
We offer certification
and audit services for Quality Management Systems (QMS INTERNATIONAL) under
various standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc. All services are provided
in accordance with applicable accreditation guidelines and regulatory
requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be authorized
to represent your organization and agree on its behalf to these Terms when
engaging in certification services with us.
3. Client
Responsibilities
Clients are
responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete
information
- Ensuring readiness for audits
- Cooperating with auditors during
assessments
- Complying with certification requirements
and standards
Failure to comply may
result in suspension or withdrawal of certification.
4. Certification
Validity
Certifications are
valid for three (3) years, subject to:
- Successful completion of annual
surveillance audits
- Continued compliance with relevant
standards
- Timely payment of applicable fees
5. Fees &
Payment
All fees for services
must be paid as per the agreed contract. Delayed payments may result in service
suspension or certification hold.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client
data, audit findings, and documentation as confidential. We do not disclose
this information except:
- When legally required
- To accreditation bodies as part of
compliance
- With the client’s written consent
7. Limitation of
Liability
While we strive for
accuracy and excellence,QMS INTERNATIONAL is not liable for any indirect
or consequential loss resulting from:
- Certification delays
- Business decisions based on audit outcomes
- Misuse or misrepresentation of
certification status
8. Termination
We reserve the right
to terminate or suspend services if:
- There is a breach of these Terms
- False information is provided
- Fees are unpaid beyond the due period
9. Intellectual
Property
All materials,
certificates, logos, and documentation provided by QMS INTERNATIONAL remain
our intellectual property and must not be altered, duplicated, or misused.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are
governed by the laws of ITALY. Any disputes will be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of ITALY.
11. Changes to
Terms
We may update these
Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates
acceptance of the revised Terms.
